How It All Began

Identifying the need

In the midst of lockdown, I, a property manager, identified a glaring inefficiency in the property management landscape. I was determined to address the root issue – a significant lack of information. While remotely managing properties, I often found myself facing tenant queries without answers, and the standard inventory reports were falling short.

Getting Started

Motivated by this gap, I embarked on a journey to create a solution. Trained in the intricacies of property reports, I discovered that existing software failed to meet my expectations. Undeterred, I decided to build a reporting system from the ground up, incorporating vital elements that addressed common information gaps faced by property managers and landlords.

Moving Forward

Fast forward four years, and Blue Sky Inventories has evolved through experimentation and adaptation. Our reports are not just a product; they are a reflection of continuous improvement. We’ve grown from a solo venture to a dedicated team of five, and our focus remains on tailoring reports to the specific wants and needs of our customers. Customer feedback is the heartbeat of our innovation, and we are committed to meeting the demands of property managers and landlords.
